Partnerships with purpose

Our work experience programmes give young people the chance to learn about the world of work by connecting them with organisations in their local community.

Our unique programme of personal and professional development teaches key skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication and problem solving. Our coaching sessions boost self-esteem, self-confidence and critical thinking, and encourages resilience and curiosity.

Partnerships with local businesses gives our students the chance to put these skills into action through project-based challenges delivered in professional working environments.

Our programmes can be adapted to provide industry-specific skills and careers insights, and introduces young people to a wide range of aspirational job roles.
