Tomorrow's Enterprise Foundation provides real-world work experiences and immersive enterprise education to give young people the chance to develop the skills and confidence to thrive

Our programmes take students on a journey of self-discovery and professional development, delivered in partnership with local employers and community organisations.
Through real-world work experiences, students have the opportunity to learn essential skills whilst gaining first-hand experience of professional work environments, business practices and a variety of industries, job roles and career paths.

Tomorrow's Enterprise Foundation provides those most at risk of becoming NEET with a range of experiences that will help them understand their own sense of purpose, develop the skills and confidence they'll need to pursue a meaningful career and provide them with access to post-education pathways.
Our place-based approach ensures that our students gain local knowledge and insight whilst developing a sense of agency to take control of their own futures and become change-makers in their own communities.

There are currently ONE MILLION young people in the UK classed as NEET.

18% of young people in the UK will leave school with fewer than two significant qualifications. That's approximately 100,000 each year at high risk of becoming NEET.
This number rises to 37% for students from low-income families.
And to 45% for students living with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
We exist to give those young people a chance.

We help unlock a lifetime of opportunities for young people in the following ways:
DEVELOPING A PORTFOLIO OF ESSENTIAL SKILLS - coaching modern values and personal skills to boost confidence, maturity and self-esteem.
IMPROVING LOCAL EMPLOYABILITY - developing up-to-date regional business knowledge, gaining corporate experience and building professional networks.
PROVIDING ASPIRATIONAL CAREER GUIDANCE - local employers and inspirational experts provide in-person support and advice on opportunities and career pathways.

Place-based programmes that provide real-world skills and experiences
Our place-based programmes gives young people the chance to work on real-world challenges in a professional environment.
Whether it's our flagship 'Project Can Do' programme, or our World of Work Week experience, young people are given access to professional skills coaching before working on real-world challenges linked to local issues.
Students will leave our experiences with real outcomes and ideas that they can be proud of.
Students will work closely with a host of experts and mentors to develop skills that include:
-
Project management

Leadership and teamwork
-

This opportunity has been life changing. Project Can Do has given me self confidence, expanded my horizons and helped me be resilient when faced with setbacks.
It has allowed me to build new relationships and connections in the world of business, and as a result, I am now starting my own sporting goods business.
I would like to see more opportunities like Project Can Do to be provided for young people like me. It could change their life.

Starting my own business changed my life. Now, I want to give young people the same opportunity
Enterprise is more than just business, it’s a mindset for life.
At its heart, enterprise is about thinking boldly, acting creatively, and staying curious. It teaches young people to identify challenges, embrace failure, seize opportunities and engage meaningfully with the world around them.
Too many young people are leaving school without the skills, experiences or networks they need to thrive in today’s fast-changing world. At the same time, employers are struggling to find and retain young talent with the skills that matter most — problem solving, teamwork, communication, and curiosity.
The UK education system isn’t keeping pace with the needs of a modern society and is failing so many of our most vulnerable young people. That's why I created Project Can Do.
